How can i upgrade my existing Sun Direct HD set-top box to Android 4K Max ? Where do I have to send an email for the upgrade?

I have called tge nodal office and raised a request for upgrade on 25 march.
They told me the distributor will call
But till today noone called me when i call the customer care they told the request is pending and not closed.

Why do you think one nodal officer can not manage multiple regions? Brands does it to cut down costs, Airtel also does the same thing for their Broadband Appellate Authority.

I called Mr Pratip. He said Assam office shut. He gave his whatsapp number. He will coordinate.
