As far as I see, there is no navigation menu bouquet for Favourites on OK key press popup. I don't expect Favourites navigation from FAV button, it is meant for setting favourites, not to navigate.

And yesterday i received a call form Nodal officer team regarding this subtitle issue and they asked me to replace my Y series STB to HS3A01 model STB, but i denied because i am having around 100-120GB recorded files in my hard disc so if get new STB all my recorded files will become waste the new STB will not read my old files so instead of replacing i asked them to provide OTA upgrade to HS8101 model, but they replied your box will never get update if you want to see HBO HD with Subtitle then you have to replace your box

Yes what a pathetic DTH service they are? Providing any problem in each and every year to costumers :sleepy:

The remote of the STB before had a subtitles button. The new HEVC box remote has fewer buttons.
