I want to know there is any special offer available for SD to HD upgrade??

Which things will be replace in this process only remote and box or any other things??

Most of the DTH providing only STB (and its remote, adapter etc.) in upgrades. You would be getting new Dish with DVR upgrade only as it is a requirement for the hardware, but d2h has discontinued DVR boxes so you should go for Dish replacement if you are willing to upgrade for Dish Antenna.
