Quote from the video owner :

"I noticed my signal quality degrading over the last couple of weeks and a quick look at the calendar confirmed it was time to re-apply some Rain Shield (Also called Dome Magic in the RV industry) to my 90cm Hot Dish manufactured for DMSi the best antenna at that size available in the USA

I firstly washed off the old coating and the last six months of dust and grim (Did you know simply washing your dish at any time will help with signal quality!) Rinsed it off and waited around an hour until it was COMPLETLY dry. At that point I gave the front of the reflector a good thick coating of the product. I like the wipes available from www.Kingdom2.com but a spray can is also available.

I consent rate on the bottom third of the dish, this is where most water collects during a storm, I often give this area a double coating, starting the wipe down and ending it on the bottom third.

It seems to have been raining here in the Metro area for a couple of weeks so this Fall break in the H2o has been ideal!! Here is to a nice mild winter with no signal outages caused by Rain, sleet or snow!"
