friend pls identify the mistake from my thread

is any tamil channel added last six months

is any tamil audio music service available

is still now u didnt meet the signal problem

i think still now u didnt contact the customer care i am correct,

our cc service is worst .. yesterday i contact the customer care i request him sir i want star sports2 channel how many rupees sir pls add immediatly...he told its 26 ruppes within a five minutes u watch the star sports 2 channel,

are u know still now our d2h will not add star sports 2 channel

one of the customer care officer told mega tv only available in platinum pack now i watch in south silver sports pack....

is any chance for new tamil channels addition

Personally, I am satisfied with d2h on my needs. But I agree that there are issues with d2h that needs to be solved. You also covered some of those issues here.. I agree that these issues to be solved.

I quoted the old thread here for Tamil region specific needs that you requested.

Other than these, as per the other users' posts here too, D2H is having signal issues during rain. I didn't face such issues till date. But anyhow for Mumbai, it needs to be solved immediately.

Regarding customer care, whatever you specified really bad from the CC. But not sure whether this same issue exists in other DTH too. But this is very pathetic.

But I can't agree that the packages are costlier. Comparing other DTH, D2H package prices are not bad.

As Vikaram told, they are delaying the installation and also they are fearing about local cable operators. This seems they are not taking care about customers. Customers are choosing D2H on their good aspects. But if they are refusing to install due to various reasons, it means they are not worrying about loosing customers.

D2H needs to remember that they have been rated as No.1 in 2012. They need to keep the same this year too. If they are going in this way, they will loose their rank.

Reg HBO Premium and Star Sports, we are expecting HBO Premium channels soon (but how soon??) as per HBO TV and website.

On the hole, there are some bad aspects too in D2H.. They need to solve it soon..

for HD connection,Videocon d2h is cheapest by far of all DTH operators.

Those who want more Regional channels, one must understand,if you speicifically need tamil one must not turn to d2h,its a very funny to think that d2h will add regional movie channels for free and in my opinion they may not add in near future also.

Regarding rain issue,i am using 90cm dish,Rain blackout are there when heavy dark clouds or heavy rains are there. But blackout is much less than Reliance Digital tv which i previously have.

One problem and its really worrying is that for last one month or so,quality of HD channels deteriorated,particularly STAR Movies HD,Movies now HD,Zee Studio HD etc. I feel almost all HD channels are being compressed more than they used to be. Videocon has to do about this,this will affect their image badly

bro dth is not only for tamil customer they have to keep happy people of all region of india.
and tamil is a regional language while hindi is the national language of our country so if d2h will give tamil d2h movies then people from all region will demand same. then we will have tamil d2h movies , telugu d2h movie , bengali d2h movie , bhojpuri , gujrati .etc.etc... .

we people should watch both our regional channels and national channels ...and if you want only tamil then go with sun direct

in tamilnadu 96 percent percent people dont know the hindi language

they know only tamil language they watch only the tamil channels not hindi

you purchase one of the new d2h connection (not videocon other name is x dth ) it has more than 400 channels u know only the hindi language,,in this 400 channel they give only the 30 hindi language channels others are tamil, malayam, gujrati language channels . you paid for the 30 channels amount is 250 rupees.....are u expect the more channels or not in hindi language ......

d2h is v bad since last 6 months..only crap channels added..no sw update...no ss2..even hd channels are pixalated since last 5 days..

Even i also agree that Videocon D2h Suddenly starting fade out and becoming wrost..
my Experience is, When i bought the d2h..south gold pack is 175rs/mnth, which suddenly got changed to 200rs and then again 220rs.
They have increased 45rs in short span of time and with no single additional channel added to that pack.
on the other hand..dish tv also increased the price of South family to 210rs and added Starmovies, starplus, stargold, life ok and movies ok (recently) to that pack,
on the other hand sundirect also increased the price and all of us know what drastic changes it made to existing pack by adding ESS Channels to that pack,
Airtel also added ESS channels to the existing customers from South value pack onwards..
and Even Reliance also added Channels to the existing pack..
But d2h couldn't do it..so i left d2h and recharged my existing airtel dth.
