Is there any process or procedures to increasing the prices ( as per their wish ); this needs to be discussed seriously. ..if they sent an SMS that rates are increased. .do we need to keep quiet...I don't think this is a right procedure. ...MODS. .please allow us to discuss on a thread. .


If we keep on entertaining they will add 20 rupees per month...there must be some procedure. ..to follow...

Why we need to pay extra, if you are not giving any extra service.

If you have any excess cost due to addition of some particular channel in a language...ask them that you have done favour and expect the compensation.
