I think for the same reasons RDTV is lagging behind. It seems other factors are being considered while deciding PQ/AQ.

But nowadays so many complaints coming out against tatasky for the PQ, as somebody complains in our forum that now it is almost reached to very least level in some channels like 3gp videos enlarged to pc. If that is true then people all here are voted for tatasky past quality in PQ.

No. But theirs complaints about lattest moved mpeg4 regional channels only. Not all channels. After all channels migration, then only we can say about quality. Now not.

It seems perception is prevailing over reality but one can say clearly about TS PQ only after migration is over which may take another 12 months, this poll is for 2013.
