Chs from broadcaster are being offered in two way. First is fixed value where DTH/mso pay fixed amount to broadcaster and then distribute to any number of subscribers as per DTH/mso wish broadcaster does not interfere here.

In 2nd way chs are offered as ROI where broadcaster is paid on per STB basis and broadcaster know how on many STB a ch is activated. This is basically a la carte
