Finally i made up my mind to close both of my Adtv connections due to lack of service by Adtv CC & Senior staff.. They are not responding in proper manner at all.. I m fed up now.. Also no response from Nodal Office till yet.. :'( :'(

bro,nodal officers not available in sunday & available in monday to friday 10am to 6pm :k & my suggestions please wait & confirm with nodal officer

no don't know about other DTHs but tata sky didn't ask users to surrender their STBs :no

rdtv & sd also not ask to surrender their stb

bro in tata sky supreme sports kids pack is there which will cost you 340₹ P.M.
and :hd access fee will cost you 125₹ P.M.
so 340₹+125₹= 465₹ P.M. in that you will get 15:hd channels

No i deactivated my airtel connection from 2013 to 2014 but they never called me for surrender.

this happen with some and some not even my uncle having deactivated ADTV HD stb from last 1 year
