Biggest pain. quiet difficult to rearrange the listThanks bro for the thread. I think favourite LCN starting at 900 is fine since there is a dedicated Favourites button. But it is quiet difficult to rearrange the list.
2 nice to have features in my opinion:
• Bit more lower placement of the Tata Sky logo.
• Addition of an "Exit" button in the remote - Sometimes we will have to press the back button several times in order to close all the open settings. A dedicated Exit button can make things easier.
Anyway these are not a big deal and can't be really classified as cons
Recently i came to know logic behind Re-Arrange .
Preparation needed : 1 blank paper and pen
Step 1: Say you have exiting list of favorite as
900- CH A Original ch# 509
901- CH B Original ch # 114
902 - Ch C Original ch # 1836
903 - Ch D Original ch # 1412
904 - Ch E Original ch # 730
905 - Ch F Original ch # 1444
906 - Ch G Original ch # 323
907 - Ch H Original ch # 811
Step 2 : Make new Wish list to be come after end of re-arrange
900- CH A Original ch# 509
901- CH E Original ch # 730
902 - Ch D Original ch # 1412
903 - Ch C Original ch # 1836
904 - Ch F Original ch # 1444
905 - Ch I Original ch # 635
906 - Ch G Original ch # 323
907 - Ch H Original ch # 811
Step 3:
Logic is Simple , something like FIFO+ LIFO.......
First is deselect all those channel for which you want place on NEW FAVOURITE LCN of 900 series, ( eg, in above case deselect, 114, 1836,1412,1444,730), Order of deselection is NOT AT ALL IMPORTANT
So you will reach at intermidiate step where it looks ( imaginary ) like this
900 -Ch A
901 - empty
902-empty
903 empty
904 - empty
905- empty
906- Ch G
907- Ch H
Step 4:
Now you SELECTION ORDER is MOST IMPORTANT
Select Ch # 730, 1412, 1836, 1444, 635
then you will arrive at desired 900 series LCN and in desired sequence
but suppose you selected in FOLLOWING order
635, 730, 1444, 1412, 1836. then it will become ,
635 in 901,
730 in 902,
1444 in 903,
1412 in 904......
As Natural human tendacy of being lazy and forgetting most thing, we tend to choose from lower lcn to higher 635 to 1836 and in between forget 1412 and choose it after 1444.
This will make LCN sequence on favourite spoil down.

1 Although rates are very much high and demanding, but now after NTO 2.0, Its very much affordable, Just select 20 paid channel, i found that none is watching more than than that considering Every person Mobile screen time has gone up in recent years so people doesnt have time to sit in front of TV. Now again after coming of Binge+ box, people can shift mobile screen time to Tv screen with apps like hotsar and amazon prime and most favourire Youtube.
if you consider every Tv is shared by 2 person at most. So best way to get add one more multi Tv at Just rs60 and subscibe seperate channel this way persons interest and time both will be saved, again i can consider that new LED Tv start from just 12000 and box cost 1-4k.
Cons
1. All those tata sky service channel like music, fitness and promo channel LCN has been between main channel is very irritating after from Horror sound of Unsubcibe Notification sound
