What is this (OutStanding Balance)

What is the meaning of out Standing balance here. I was having 3000 Indian Rs in my VC before and recently I added 6000 Indian Rs more in my vc and after that addition I am having this outstanding balance = -8 Indian Rs. Why this ?:angry
