Both airtel and tatasky, as a tech lover I suggest you these two brands. Both software and hardware is excellent from these brands. If you want more hd channel go for tatasky it has 24 asli hd including sun hd channels.
Although these two brands are costlier none of the other operators can't reach them in quality wise.

If you want bunch of channels go for dishtv and videocon but both software and hardware is not future ready.
