Which TV Brand do you prefer

There are many companies which provide HDTV & 4KTV , I wanted to know which have the best quality / price ratio

Share which TV you own & which you would like to own in future
Also which is best if a peson is tight on budget

Please list Pros & Cons for these brands

Sony  : Use to be good but now the quality of products is degraded

LG Electronics : ?

Samsung : High Price but Superb quality

VU Tv : Good price with great quality

LeTV : Low price but good quality

I own 40 inc LED Tv from Haier & i'm satisfied with it as it gives a decent quality of picture
but it does not have a very good inbuilt speakers nor a good UI
/

Currently I am not intrested in buying any new Tv just made this post for helping other & increase my knowledge

Update : Tv Brands updated , as no one prefer Philips , Hitachi & Haier so removed .

Samsung anyday,Owned Many Samsung and Sony Products be it Phone's,TV's but from last few years I have personally experienced Sony degrading quality of it's products,that's why it's sales are going down

In my view Samsung is best,Athough most expensive but still the best

For Amazing Picture Quality go for Sony...
For Superb Audio Quality go for samsung...

I think for TV LG's picture quality is better than Samsung in case of TV. I bought Sony Bravia 42 inch so call smart TV from Sony during Fifa World cup 2014 later stages.It has to undergo Panel changes twice in a span of month during Jan- Feb this year. Though Sony PQ is excellent,durability remain a question now

Sony and Samsung are both good but Samsung supports almost all video file formats while Sony doesnt support all. For example Sony TV cant play Flash .SWF files but Samsung TV can. So for better video file compatibility go with Samsung. I own 2 Sony TVs but in future I'll go with Samsung for sure.

Also Internet browsing is far better on Samsung compared to Sony.

Currently I am using Panasonic plasma 50 inch tv from the past 4 years. Also brilliant crystal like picture and audio quality.

When I went to purchase TV, I put popular video file formats (around 8) in my USB drive and tried to play them in both Samsung and Sony TV. Samsung was able to play all where as Sony could play 5 only. SWF was one among them. I think one more file format which Sony couldnt play was .VOB
