Why is it in the name of Zee and not Sony since the sports channels are with the latter? Will the sports channels be transferred back to Zee after the merger?

UAE International league Zee airing only on Zee's movie channels, now Zee got ICC events from 2024 Rights still they have so much time decide merge should continue or cancel with Sony.

They r already listed in SEBI as a single company
So at that point not possible to return back

Maybe but they got rights to air only on Zee Network, if they share Rights with Sony then they will loose huge money and Rights too.

After zee took over rights Sony sports waiting for merger complete and zee + Sony sports channel launch

Disney Star exclusive Agreement with Zee only, they can air on Zee Network any channel and Not possible on Sony sports, because that's against their Agreement.
