But SD channels are in 4:3 Ratio, when we watch them on a 16:9 Ratio Tv, we will either get Black Bars on left-right sides or we can stretch the picture:k

1.33:1 (or 4:3) means black bars on the sides, 1.78:1 (or 16:9) means full coverage and 2.4:1 (or 21:9) means black bars on top and bottom. This is for a regular wide-screen TV.
