today i asked for on demand service,but engineer came and giving recording remote and he told that he don't know about on demand service.

Same Here dear, 4 Days ago I had installation done for New HD STB at home. Most of the settings were done by myself as visiting technician was hardly aware of anything. Though the fitting and wiring was good. Also its been 4 days I had been trying to add my Cust. id in My accounts but unable to do so, And Customer care is unable to provide any solution.....
