on 29th April, 2015 technician visited at my house to solve signal issue. as upgradtion is going on technician visit charge is absolutely free. but Tatasky charged 170 Rs from my account for that visit :(

Now they are saying that you'll get your money back within 24 hours
 
It's time for the TS customers to teach them a very important lesson.
Better shift to other d2h services and make them pay for what they are not performing but supposed to make customers happy.
Now TS started cheating customers.
 
so by shifting to D2H tata sky will improve their service :huh

and why you suggested only D2h Not Other DTH like ADTV or Dish TV :lol
