Zee Tamil LCN changed to 1521. Noticed yesterday itself but couldn't able to post. SS later since I am outside now.

No idea bro. Near the old LCN we have Makkal TV and Jaya Plus. Not sure if there are any new channel going to come to that place.

Now Zee Tamil HD is confirmed from latest MIB list.

But there is no LCN gap now in Tata Sky to add Zee Tamil HD. Previously it was there when Zee Tamil was at LCN 1540. They would have added at LCN 1539.

Probably, they will move Jaya TV to LCN 1540 (near Jaya Plus) and add Zee Tamil HD at LCN 1520 if my guess is correct.

No. Your guess is wrong. They are planning to assign hd regional channels orderly. So jaya hd don't need 1519 for separate hd. so they will change LCN from 1520 to 1519. And they will add zee tamil HD in 1520........

We both are guessing. But as per your guess, where they will add Jaya HD in future since 1518 is already having Vijay TV SD?
