Multi System Operator (MSO) DEN Networks on Monday announced the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2020. DEN posted a net profit of Rs 583.2 million in Q1 FY 21, up from Rs 225.16 million net profit in Q4 FY 20.

DEN Network’s Q1 FY 21 total income in Q1 FY 21 came down from Rs 3,683.94 million in the previous quarter to Rs 3,644.68 million. The total expenses in Q1 FY 21 stood at Rs 3,029.54 million, down from Rs 3,241.94 million in the previous quarter.
The net profit rose to Rs 583.2 million in Q1 FY 21 from Rs 225.16 million in the previous quarter. DEN Network’s profit rose on the account of reduced expenses despite the decrease in total revenues.
The Cable distribution network generated a revenue of Rs 2,844.65 million in Q1 FY 21, down from Rs 3,101.8 million in the previous quarter. The segment result stood at Rs 69.33 million, down from Rs 111.78 millon in the previous quarter.
