New Delhi: Hathway Cable and Datacom Ltd today strengthened its board of directors of the company with the appointment of three new additional directors.
The company based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Sunday, 4th August 2019 have considered and approved the appointment of the following Directors to the Board of Directors of the Company:
A. Shri. Sridhar Gorthi (DIN: 00035824)
B. Shri. Sasha Mirchandani (DIN: 01179921)
C. Shri. A. Siddharth (DIN: 00016278)
All of them have been appointed as Additional Directors designated as Independent Directors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years with effect from August 5, 2019, to hold office up to
August 4, 2024. Neither of them related to each other nor related to any other Directors of the Company.
Further, none of them is debarred from holding the office of the Director by virtue of any Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) order or any other such authority.
