MIB grants 15 new MSO licenses in August-September

The Ministry granted 7 new MSO licenses in September with the latest one on 30th September while in August it granted 8 new MSO licenses.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) has granted 15 new licenses to Multi-System Operators (MSOs) in August and September. The Ministry granted 7 new MSO licenses in September with the latest one on 30th September while in August it granted 8 new MSO licenses.

The Ministry last month granted new MSO licenses to Vayu Media LLP, Kumar Broadband Services Pvt Ltd, Balaji Digicom, Sri Ganesh Digital Network, Home to Vision, Ashish Satellite, and Swastik Network Solution.

The Ministry in August granted new MSO licenses to Hilltell Network Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Globe Digital Media Pvt Ltd, Surat Digital Network Pvt Ltd, Apex Digital Network Pvt Ltd, Pioneer Digital TV Pvt Ltd, Wondrous Media Pvt Ltd, Erin Media Pvt Ltd, and Panmetro Convergence Private Limited.

In July, the Ministry had granted new MSO licenses to Bharda Cable Network, Maa Jagadamba, Shiva Cable Communications, Moka Malleshara Cable Network, New Skynet Digital Services, Vijaynagara Cable Network, Digital Cable Network, Induhuamahadev Broadband, World Phone Infrastructure Services, Shree Vitthal Rukmini Cable Net Service, 4K Digital Communication Pvt Ltd, Balaji Cable Network, Multicast Communication and Distribution Limited, Rohin Connect, and YuppTV Digital India.
