MIB grants MSO registration to Asiasat Channel, Dainik Savera News and 10 others in February-March 2022
12 new MSO registrations granted by MIB between February-March 2022 as per MIB data.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) granted fresh MSO registrations to 12 entities during February 2022 and the first three weeks of March 2022 as per the Registered MSOs list published by the Ministry.
Asiasat Channel and Consultancy India Private Limited, Assistive Netspeed Technologies Private Limited, SSCN Digital TV and Broadband, Raaga Communication, Digital Fusion Network Private Limited, Grand Gumber Network, Swastika, Ganapati Digital Network, Inishia Media Private Limited, Sai Namo Digital Cable Network (OPC) Private Limited, Dainik Savera News and Media Network, and SGRA Satellite Cable Network Private Limited have been granted MSO registrations in the past seven weeks by the Ministry.
As of 21st March 2022, the total number of registered MSOs in the country stood at 1763. The registered MSOs unless indicated in the registration order specifically can operate anywhere in India. As of February 2022, MIB was sitting on 32 MSO applications.
