Hinduja Group owned NXT Digital on Wednesday announced the extension of the terms of appointment of Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel Ashok Mansukhani.
NXT convened a board meeting yesterday which commenced at 3 PM and concluded at 04:30 PM. The Board of Directors at its meeting on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee extended the terms of appointment of Ashok Mansukhani.
His term as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel and payment of remuneration with effect from April 30, 2020, was extended till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held for the year ending March 31, 2020, on the competition of his existing term as the Managing Director on April 29, 2020. The extension is on the same terms subject to the approval of Shareholders by Special Resolution at the ensuing AGM.
The company through its stake in IndusInd Media & Communications Limited is the only integrated media company in the country covering satellite, digital cable and Broadband. NXT Digital limited was earlier known as Hinduja Ventures Limited which was renamed last year on October 25, 2019.
