NXT Digital earlier this month appointed Vynsely Fernandes as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial personnel (KMP) of the company with immediate effect based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Vynsley Fernandes is currently the Chief Executive Officer of IndusInd Media & Communications Ltd and is a veteran media executive with under 30 years of experience in managing assignments across Direct to Home (DTH), Headend-In-The-Sky (HITS), digital cable networks, and news and entertainment channels.
Vynsley has in the past worked with 21st Century Fox, Tata Sky, ABP News, and 9X Network. Vynsley is considered as a thought leader in the media and entertainment space and spearheads the Hinduja groups media ventures of IMCL.
In other news, NCLT has approved the scheme of arrangement between IndusInd Media & Communications Limited (IMCL) and NXT Digital Limited and their respective shareholders.
