Yes, you will be informed through new threads if any channel going to be added/removed. Asking again and again will not make channels get added faster. It is only considered as spamming for which you were banned several times already.

If someone advising you take it positively instead of bouncing him back.

If anyone gets any information on new addition they will post, but posting again same will not get any answer as no one knows about it

You can ask TS CC when they plan to add

I have checked on 4 different accounts, SD and HD both, all of them got this offer

Fortunately all Star Eng premium pack's chs are working. So it seems just a typo mistake
