Sun Direct revamps its mobile app with a new interface and features

Direct to Home operator Sun Direct is revamping its mobile app for Android and iOS devices. With the new major update, customers will get a completely new clean user interface and can access many new features. 

The company has focused on improving the overall experience and stability of their app by making design changes, repositioning options and adding features such as subscription renewal, subscription renewal and secure login for enhanced protection of account. 

Easy and quick recharge session is enabled with long duration subscription, multiple months subscription is now possible for all packs including add-ons. Subscribers can easily compare packages, the subscription renewals process is simplified and an improved help section is added with options like complaint management, refresh STB etc.

The DTH operator has also added PayU payments gateway to provide customers with more ways to pay and improve the success rate of transactions done. Now using the app users can easily refresh their set-top box as well, this option comes in handy to quickly update STB with the latest balance, due date, subscriptions, etc.

Regarding this major update, Sun Direct has also released a teaser on its official social media pages. Currently, the update is rolling out in the beta channel and within a few days, it is expected to be available to all users.
