Tata Sky adds 8 new options to its WhatsApp service

DTH operator Tata Sky has added 8 more options in its WhatsApp chat service. Tata Sky customers can now track the status of complaints, locate their nearby dealer, buy a new connection, get monthly bill statements, resume suspended account or box and know recharge offers.

If you are facing any issue in viewing TV then send message “No Signal”, you will be presented with a series of options to fix it if none of the methods works then you can also schedule technician visit directly from WhatsApp.

By sending the “BS” message you can receive your monthly statements in your registered Email address. Tracking work orders are also very simple now, you just need to send “WOQ” and select complaint number whose status you want to know.

People with suspended Tata Sky account can instantly activate it by sending the “Resume” command. Direct links to refer and earn, locate nearby dealers, buy new connection and find best offers are also added.
