channels are getting strucked

channels are getting strucked and no fast movement frm one channel to another , i am facing this problem only after mpeg4 box installation . plz wats sol for this.

Same here frns with my both SD mpeg4 and HD+

i think its bcoz of the ads in the navigation/info bar

For the guys who upgraded recently, did the Tata Sky technician not download the new software? Normally when a new box is installed, the latest software downloads automatically when it is switched on first time.
