vibin - did you requested d2h to deactivate sentamil pack?
Suppose if i didn't call, d2h , then my sentamil pack will continue till its expiry date rite.

They are telling as technical problem from their end and will get rectified soon for everyone.If we files complaint then will get resolved with 24hrs.

The technical problem has become more worse now,my channels are getting deactivated automatically.I called the supervisor and they have registered the complaint in d2h billing department because my issue was not solved.They said to wait for 24 hours
