Hello All,
You all might be aware that I've been trying to swap my existing stb with the new HEVC stb. Finally, after so many attempts it was replaced today. Writing an email to the nodal did the trick. I paid the technician visit charges of 150 and they said the stb swap charges will be directly deducted from my account. I got an SMS that "Service charge of RS.0 has been debited from your digital TV account towards set top box replacement charges". So, looks like I got the box for free! I'll wait a couple of days and confirm if they deduct anything later.

There's definitive improvement in the picture quality of SD channels. Overall, I'm that it's finally done!
