English movie channel Sony Pix is all set to offer its viewers back-to-back action packed films on 13 August.
The Independence Day special PIXathon will star some of the biggest action stars of Hollywood: Mel Gibson, Heath Ledger, Sylvester Stallone, Kevin Costner and Ben Affleck.
The thrill begins at 9 am with action drama feature ‘Pearl Harbour’, a story on one of the most momentous attacks in history. American epic historical drama ‘Gladiator’ will follow at 1 pm. ‘The Patriot’ starts at 4.25 pm where a ferocious veteran tries to protect his family against the war. The classic action movies of all time, ‘Rambo: First Blood 2’ will be aired at 8 pm and the PIXathon will end at 10.15 pm with ‘Waterworld’ featuring how one person saves mankind after an apocalyptic event.
