I have internet STB, this is NOT working, but in other room hd stb is working fine, cc says problem is only for internet stb users.

Does TV Input stopped working and automatically getting redirected to Apps or New Welcome screen loading ??

Apps are working like primevideo, channels are not working, it gives message " unfortunately Airtel stopped working "

Switch off the WIFI & try TV might work fine.It worked for me.

I switched on only at 1 PM today same problem for me too switched off the WiFi and deleted some apps like Google live channels and certain unwanted sideloaded apps.After that TV working fine without any issue watching IPL and didn't switched off the TV after 1 PM working fine continously.

Issue got completely resolved by Airtel,
From today with WiFi connected also working , thanks for the help.
