In my STB its shows only on MAX channel not on other channels

And Anybody today faced Problem in Star Plus, Star Utsav n [V] at arround 5pm to 6pm it was showing blank sceen time to time atleast one hour
and this time I see D2h Cinema for just 5-6 minuts
