DDF Exclusive To solve K Tv HD Package issue

I have also called customer care today. They informed me that K TV HD is already a part of your Infinity pack and told me that we will do a Heavy Refresh and you will get the channel. Unfortunately still I am not getting the channel. Can anyone help how to get the channel free as a part of my Infinity pack?
