Its good decision by Sony India , hope they select right judges who have genuine business and hope this show helps audience to understand and people interested in starting their business they would get idea regarding what aspects need to be taken care in starting a business how to plan and what could be downfall and get new perspective from judges what they want to see in startup idea and things before investing their money would greatly help them indirectly as some of start up are forced to explain their business idea (overall ) to angel investors.

it would be better if they have mix of Indian judge having experience in doing business in India and other judge who being Indian doing business in abroad how it differs. they should try to reduce making melodramatic background story of each participant just show realistic mostly.

Which show will this replace? IBD just started and unlikely to wrap up anytime soon.
The next choice is TKSS but would Sony really want to kill that?

Then other choice is weekdays after KBC ends, but this show will bomb if it launches at that slot. US Shark Tank is successful because it airs only once a week, here if it comes 5 days a week, there won't be anything interesting.

I think it will air on weekends. These kind of shows won't work if it airs daily.
