It was never in the race for ROI.
They had only captured the south mkts.

The biggest loser will be SUN direct... it has already lost its Tamil hold to Airtel, d2h, dishTV.
Now , with recent Malayalam channel additions on all DTHs, its loosing ground in Kerala too.

Only Telugu and Kannada are left... and other DTHs are not too far in these 2 mkts as well.
