Maybe rather than adding pending channels they are getting ready for some new HD channels addition that are launching soon like Movies Now 2 HD,Times Now HD,Star Sports Select HD 1 & 2,& Youth HD,MTV Beats HD  :sp :sp
All above broadcasters are very fast in launching their channels except Zee :u,so maybe in next two weeks we can get 3 or 4 HD channels getting launched
