I don't think so bro. I think, they will follow the same schedule of Star Gold 2 on its HD version.
Star Gold 2 HD is a different channel, we r thinking that it might replace the slot being used for UTV HD on the satellite being used for Disney-Star....however there is a separate licence obtained for Star Gold 2 HD and it is not using licence of any of the current channels of Disney-Star which r scheduled/listed to shutdown but again there is no confirmation on it until now.
UTV HD may as well continue and Star Gold 2 HD might launch as a separate channel. Also until now on the broadcastseva portal there is no mention of Star Gold Thrills....Star Gold Romance was supposed to launch on licence of Star World HD but shutdown of the latter has now been kept on hold so again it remains to be seen as to Star Gold Romance will b using licence of which channel, maybe UTV Movies licence will be renamed or could be that later on Star World HD is shutdown and then this channel gets launched or there is even a possibility that UTV HD, UTV Movies, UTV Action will continue and Star Gold Romance would launch as a new channel either using licence of Star World HD / new licence.
First let Disney-Star confirm as to which channels r shutting down, revamping, rebranding. After that all confusion will be cleared. @Rd22 anna was saying that Disney-Star has created lot of confusion was operators, well reality is that operators do need time to implement changes as per amended NTO 2.0 regulations hence that is causing a delay + Disney-Star themselves might be reevaluating their prior decisions of shutting down or rebranding / revamping certain channels and revise certain plans as per current situation which again would be causing some delay. Once final call is taken it would take just few days for operators to implement the changes, there is not much complication....operators receive the list of channels alongwith licence details and satellite parameters and based on RIO agreement signed LCN r allotted to the channels.
