Normaly we disconnect all our connection to tv,stb on thunder,strom, rainy times. But that time also broadcaster broadcast their channel why they dnt disconnect? How they protect their systems?

Broadcaster do not disconnect their systems. Its due to clouds you are not able to receive signals from satellite to your dish.

we can nullify the effect of thunders and lightnings by installing "Lightning Arresters" or "Lightning rod"

You could have seen a long iron rod fixed vertically on top of big buildings or towers. they are nothing but these "Lightning Arresters" or "Lightning rod" which gives protection against the thunders and lightnings during storm...
