May be since it doesnt carrying any TV channels airtel itself reduced the strength to save power... Something is happening in that TP..In near future it might carry tv channels

Shawl Bro, 11680 V is already activated and carrying channels... The tp in question is 11678 H. so change title accordingly

No bro, 11680 V 30000 is activated.

11680 H and 11678 H are d same TP, Difference of 2 will not make any difference.
