I am in out of india how can i get this offer?

I Call customer care they are saying it is not Life Time Free Top Up let me know, still this offer is valid or I need to call them again to do so.

Now customer care executives cant add it bcz company fix their technical issue.
this top up is launched for DVR customers,due to some technical fault it was available in HD+/SD+/HD section. anyway pls try with SMS code, i hope it will work.
