self-care portal of airtel...hahaha...

airtel making mokery of the term 'self-care' by defining its portal, totally bull*** portal...wall:wall u cant do anything there, here SMS is only option to get this recording top-up free

even calling cc will not help, cc has standard reply that 'recording is chargeable basis only....' :shy
