Thanks all for ur valuable reply I have mailed to nodal regarding this problem. I have one more query I recharge yesterday with Rs 410. I got msg from Dth Payment(done via a dealer) and AD-AIRDTH that ur account has been recharge with Rs 410, Today I got the extra bonus of Rs 30 but not recieved any msg from airtel, I ask airtel cc they told me that u dont get message for bonus credited, is it true. Earlier I used to get msg for this,reply soon.

You should get message even for bonus recharge and I got the same. Add this to your email to the nodal officer....
