ADTV S/W updated with release 500

As my account is due to expire on 18 Nov 2013, I am not recieving low balance alert/ due date alert on tv screen, so i called at CC regarding this, the reply i got for not recieving these alerts on tv screen was that 'under the new software release-500, a customer doesnot get low balance alert/due date alert on tv screen', can anyone confirm this reply, reply soon.

Today morning my airtel digital tv stb automatically got updated to s/w version 500.
The marketing messages have gone
It is quite helpful to see ch.155 by pressing blue button
In menu new choice available as my account.
messages are opening in a new window
