This upgrade is for Android boxes only.
If you have Android box, go to Settings=>Android settings=>about=>update.
If still you are not getting update. Do a factory reset and try again.

If you have tried this, call to Cc and request them.

For factory reset go to Settings=>Android settings=>storage and reset=>factory reset.
Default password is 0000.

This will delete all your downloaded apps and data.

Did a factory reset even then not able to update to .67 from .61 version. Thanks though
 
Just got the update. Cloud recording function requested thru box. When will it be enabled?

My stb got updated 67 today but signal strength is so low issue is coming after update
