See at the top of web page. There's a envelope between your DP & bell, click on it.

After a few months you will see the customer ID and Mobile Number in your menu. It's a normal thing for new customers.

Tell me Smart card number. I will tell all details

If you are the new customer, then don't worry. It will take one or two months. Otherwise once do force update your stb software.
