Serious Bug in Airtel Digital TV, showing wrong User ID

I raised this issue on twitter, let's see what happens?
Everyone should raise issue on twitter.
 
Whats this ? No servicing visit to my house , not in last 5 year a single time.

I am also getting this constantly from yesterday night. Today morning also I got this notification. But I have no active service requests.
 
can any one advice me how to slove this issue
need to send email to customer care or they will solve it
 
All India airtel digital tv user face this issue might be soon solved by adtv team

Got a message from adtv regarding customer ID info.

Dear airtel digital TV customer, Use Your airtel digital TV ID 300******* To Do Recharge.

They may sent this type of messages to all customers to avoid confusion regarding customer ID.

Translation: Dear Airtel DTH Customer, Use your Airtel Digital TV ID 30108XXXXX for any recharge.
 
I've been getting this pop-up on my Airtel Digital TV with the following message.

Resolution Code for complaint 20xxxxxx is 0xxx. Satisfied? Share with Engineer

Why am I seeing this and how do I get rid of this?
