Can anyone confirm are they really charging extra IDV

as I am planning to move on this pack
Will only do if they don't ask for extra NCF

Got Star Plus and SS1.
CC guy said there will be no extra IDV till 4 ala carte channels but if I add more there will be extra IDV.
Price also reduced to rs1343.

Also ishara TV is running currently. Don't know it'll continue in future or not.
