Airtel Started Activating New Pack According To TRAI Rule

It's send to every user irrespective of packs,

Airtel can't force you to move out as per TRAi' s provisions but after first week of February if you're pack continues then you can be sure that it's continuing and before that you may also confirm from Customer care that your pack continues until validity expires and also show your interest in continuing with your Long Duration pack.

Its been 48 hrs airtel hasn't activated my pack yet my new pack is lower than my previous pack is it the reason they didn't activate my pack inorder to loot more money from me
