Most likely TRAI will extend this date based on ground report received and ongoing troubles in this process. I think one more month should be given, operators should shift subscribers in batches and inform subscribers about the assigned date slot within which this activity is scheduled to be performed.

This will result in much smoother transition than millions of requests jamming servers at once.

TRAI has given date on 29th Dec. DPO had time then to do phased migration. Then it was extended to 31st Jan

Then additional 6 days were given, now its on 10th Fen.
